SAM SKIPPER
CHAIRMAN DIRECTOR

Mr. Skipper founded ECCO Energy in 2003. He has more than 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and his family discovered the third well in the East Texas Oil Field. He has more than 25 years of experience in the acquisition of private and public companies, in which he has aggregated in excess of $450 million in assets and has raised over $100 million in capital. He founded and has been an officer of public companies such as Vector Energy, ImageTrust, Inc. and Acola Corp.


RICK BOBIGIAN
DIRECTOR

Mr. Bobigian is president and chief executive of the Black Pool Energy GP, LLC, the general partner of Black Pool Energy LP. He is also a founder and a member of the Board of Managers. Prior to Black Pool, Mr. Bobigian managed most of the business functions of Osprey Petroleum Company. Beginning October 1999, Osprey Petroleum was engaged in search for oil and gas along the Texas Shelf Area, Offshore. Mr. Bobigian was a founder, executive vice president and member of the Board of Directors of Osprey Petroleum. Before Osprey Petroleum, Mr. Bobigian engaged in the oil and gas business using various special-purpose entities to invest in both upstream and midstream assets. Mr. Bobigian earned a bachelor of science degree in geologic engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.


ROGER D. BURKS

DIRECTOR

Roger D. Burks serves as chairman of ValueStaff, Inc. Mr. Burks has extensive experience in accounting, finance, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and financial reporting for numerous energy companies. From January 1982 until August 2002, Mr. Burks worked at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where he served as partner-in-charge of the firm's Gulf Coast Energy Practice. Following his twenty-year tenure at Deloitte, Mr. Burks served as managing partner of a financial consulting services firm from August 2002 until June 2006. Beginning in December 2006 until March 2008, Mr. Burks served as CFO and board member for Superior Offshore International, a publicly-traded energy-services company. Beginning in July 2008, Mr. Burks has served as Chairman & CEO of ValueStaff, a high-quality, low-cost provider of temporary and permanent staffing solutions. Mr. Burks is a Certified Public Accountant and has a bachelor of science in accounting from Northeast Missouri State University.


BRENT M. LONGNECKER

DIRECTOR

Mr. Longnecker is currently chairman & CEO of Longnecker & Associates, a premier consultancy that specializes on strategy, governance, performance and pay. He has more than 26 years of experience and was selected as one of the top 25 consultants in the United States by Consulting magazine. He has written nine books and more than 350 articles. Prior to Longnecker & Associates, he was president of Resources Consulting Group of Resources Connection, a spin-off of Deloitte & Touche. At Deloitte Mr. Longnecker was the National Partner in Charge of The Performance Management and Consulting Practice. Mr. Longnecker has served on several boards. Presently he is on the board of ReitPlus in Houston, where he is on both the compensation and audit committees. His most notable clients include: Southwest Airlines, Apache, The King Ranch, Boots & Coots, and the EBRD. His industry expertise resides in energy, real estate and finance. He is married and has five daughters and a granddaughter and is active in several not-for-profit organizations in Houston.
