OPERATIONS

ECCO Energy Corp., in Houston, Texas, focuses efforts on acquiring and maintaining properties that contain economic quantities of oil and gas but have yet to be fully developed. To date, we own 330 gross acres of producing land in Texas. We have acquired also 600 acres in East Cameron Area and an additional lease in the Bateman Lake Field, both in Louisiana. We expect to bring both Louisiana properties online during 2009. Our other assets include properties in Ohio acquired for the purpose of developing tar shale.

Our present and future activities include targeting for acquisition additional exploration and developmental properties, and determining whether these properties contain reserves fit for development. Further acquisitions depend on our ability to contract agreements that are in line with our expectations and our aggressive, immediate-gain driven strategy.

ECCO Energy's seasoned management has the experience and flexibility to make quick decision about opportunities in the oil and gas markets in the following areas:

o Onshore / Offshore
o Primary and Secondary Production
o Remedial Well Work / Artificial Lift Recovery Methods
o Side Tracks / Drilling
